(More customer reviews)I ordered my item on December 7 and I still do not have it. The customer service at Buy D Best is terrible. They do not respond promptly. You cannot get a phone number even after repeated requests. I am glad most people who review them think they are good - but I do not understand because my experience has been horrible. If you were in customer service and an item did not ship and consequently will not arrive on time, would you end your e-mail with "Thank you and have a great day!"? No matter how urgent my e-mail request it is days before they respond and I still do not know why the order is late. I will never ever shop with them again not because the order is late (although there is no excuse for it to be late) but because they are non responsive and offer no compensation (i.e., expedited shipment) when they make a mistake. My advise is: DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR because even though they have high ratings chances are if you have a problem they will not fix it.
